About Shabdik Raj (R.) Joshi

FOUNDER & VISIONARY — ELAMORA GROUP • CHIEF PURVEYOR — ELAMORA TEA
Formal: Shabdik R. (Raj) Joshi • Creative & Media: Shabdik Zoce

Shabdik Raj (R.) Joshi is the founder of Elamora Group and the driving force behind Elamora Tea, an artisanal Nepalese tea and botanical atelier built upon a sovereign philosophy: PURITY, PROVENANCE, AND PURPOSE.

Who is Shabdik Raj (R.) Joshi?

Shabdik is a Kathmandu-based entrepreneur and visionary committed to transforming how the world perceives and experiences Nepalese agricultural treasures. Rather than viewing tea as a mass-produced industrial commodity, he treats each harvest as an artistic expression of Nepal’s alpine mist, glacial waters, and multi-generational orthodox craftsmanship.

Under his leadership, Elamora connects connoisseurs directly with single-origin leaves and wild blossoms harvested from Nepal’s cloud-tier micro-climates, bringing high-altitude wellness straight to daily tea rituals.

Digital Media & Creative Influence (Shabdik Zoce)

Beyond his enterprise leadership with Elamora Group, Shabdik is widely celebrated across digital and social platforms under the identity Shabdik Zoce. As a prominent content creator and visual storyteller, he produces compelling cinematic narratives, entrepreneurial insights, and Himalayan cultural journeys that connect hundreds of thousands of young Nepalese and global viewers with authentic heritage and modern aesthetics.

This unique blend of digital media mastery and hands-on agricultural stewardship allows Shabdik to tell the unfiltered, sovereign story of Nepal's mountain farmers and artisans directly to the world.

How He Founded Elamora

For decades, Nepal’s finest orthodox teas grown in places such as Kanyam and Mai Valley in Ilam (6,500 FT elevation) were exported in bulk to foreign markets, blended away, and stripped of identity — leaving local consumers with low-grade dust and artificial syrups.

Recognizing this gap, Shabdik established Elamora in Naikap, Kathmandu to reclaim Nepal’s sovereign tea heritage. His mission was simple: eliminate middleman adulteration, select only virgin whole blossoms and top flushes, and present them in ultra-premium nitrogen-sealed packaging under his direct personal supervision.

The Four Signature Harvests

Each harvest curated under Shabdik's stewardship preserves the raw bio-active potency of its terroir:

LOT 01 • ALPINE RESERVE

Crimson Hibiscus

100% whole sun-dried mountain calyces. Tart ruby broth rich in natural anthocyanins.

LOT 02 • BOTANICAL PURITY

High-Altitude Blue Pea

Hand-sorted Clitoria ternatea blossoms. Vibrant indigo hue with zero caffeine.

LOT 03 • CLOUD TIER (1,950M)

Orthodox Green Tea Pearls

Hand-rolled Camellia sinensis pearls from Kanyam. Toasted chestnut & mountain dew notes.

LOT 04 • ALPINE AROMATICS

Lemongrass & Ginger

Wild alpine citrus grass paired with zesty sun-cured Himalayan ginger root.

The Elamora Philosophy: “Purity is Power”

At the center of Shabdik’s work is the uncompromising belief that PURITY IS POWER.

Every pouch represents 100% pure botanical matter: Zero artificial aromas, zero chemical sprays, zero concentrates, and zero shortcuts. By prioritizing small-batch allocations over mass factory output, Elamora sets a new luxury benchmark for Nepalese craftsmanship.

Building a Global Nepalese Enterprise

Shabdik Raj (R.) Joshi’s vision extends beyond tea. Through Elamora Group, he is building a modern Nepali enterprise that represents domestic products with supreme confidence on the world stage.

“Elamora is more than tea. It is a commitment to Nepal, its resources, and the conviction that something pure, thoughtfully made, and proudly Nepalese can stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the finest luxury houses on Earth.”
