1. Products & Pricing

All tea prices on Elamora Tea are stated in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). We strive to ensure all pack weights (50g and 100g), descriptions, and harvest notes are accurate and verified.

• Prices displayed on product detail pages match the prices calculated in your cart and at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct genuine typographical pricing errors before dispatch, with prior customer notice.
• Promotional coupon codes (such as eLAmS559) apply discounts to eligible subtotals prior to delivery charges.

2. Order Confirmation & Payment

Orders submitted through our website are verified and fulfilled from our operations center in Naikap, Kathmandu:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available exclusively within Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur). Payment is collected in cash upon doorstep delivery.
• Digital QR Payments (eSewa / Khalti / Bank Wire): When choosing manual QR payment, orders are marked as “Payment Pending Verification” until confirmed against the provider's ledger.
• Orders are protected against duplicate submission with automated idempotency keys.

3. Delivery Terms

We dispatch orders via reliable courier partners across Nepal:

• A flat shipping fee of NPR 200 applies to deliveries nationwide.
• Deliveries inside Kathmandu Valley are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours.
• Deliveries outside Kathmandu Valley typically take 2 to 4 business days.

4. Cancellations & Returns

Orders may be cancelled before courier pickup by contacting our team via WhatsApp or phone (+977 9861695051). Unopened, sealed pouches in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For full return procedures, please review our Return Policy.
